The problem is that we continue to try to make reforms by repeating what we have done in the past, which cannot do in order to meet present or even future wants of our globalized society. I am sorry about all the ranting but when we go back to North America to pay a visit to, it is so easy to see the writing on the wall and the big picture for the future if some thing doesn’t change in the near future.
